1. Governing Law

6. Deposit Funds

When depositing funds into your account with the Resort, we will attempt to process them immediately; however, these deposits are subject to successful credit card processing and/or bank transfer confirmation prior to being credited to your account.

7. Wager Limits

While participating in gaming activities at the Resort, you may encounter wager limits on certain games or tables. These wager limits are designed to maintain a fair balance between risk-takers and non-risk takers but do not create any liability for us if we fail to enforce them correctly under circumstances of technical failure.

8. Withdrawal Requests

By accepting the terms of service and starting a game at Red Deer Casino (the "Resort"), you agree that any dispute arising between us will be governed exclusively by, and construed solely according to, the laws applicable in your Canada without giving effect to the principles governing conflicts of law. You also consent that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes related to our terms shall vest with either a competent court within Alberta having proper jurisdiction or an arbitrator chosen jointly by both parties upon written agreement.

16. Entire Agreement

This is the entire agreement between you and Red Deer Casino regarding gaming at their resort premises, replacing all prior understandings and agreements, without modification unless stated otherwise by management.
